Clinical Study On Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy Of Blood Stasis Due To Qi Deficiency With Jia-wei-bu-yang-huan-wu Powder

Objective: To investigate the effect of Jia-wei-bu-yang-huan-wu Powder treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy of blood stasis due to qi deficiency on the basis of western medicine treatment. To explore the advantages and feasibility of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy and lay the foundation for further improvement.Methods: 60 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy of blood stasis due to qi deficiency were divided into 2 groups at random, each group is 30 cases. The control group were treated with basic medicine, while the experimental treatment group were treated with basic medicine and Jia-wei-bu-yang-huan-wu Powder. The course of treatment is 2 months. We would observe the subjects of laborary examination before and after experiment, recorded the change of patients' clinical symptoms, at last observed the curative effects.Results: Idiopathic membranous nephropathy Chinese qi and blood quantitative score: test group and control group after treatment with the drug before the integration points are significant compared to statistical significance (p <0.01), the experimental group than the control group. Experimental group and control group in improving the idiopathic membranous nephropathy remission rate was no significant difference; with the control group, experimental group decreased proteinuria and increased serum albumin and lipid-lowering effect of slightly better, but there was no significant difference.Conclusion: The treatment of idiopathic idiopathic membranous nephropathy of blood stasis due to qi deficiency with basic medicine and Jia-wei-bu-yang-huan-wu Powder can significantly improve the clinical performance. Thus the advantage of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of the disease can be showed.
