Mechanism Of Action Research On The Management Of Intestinal Obsturction With Dasuanxiaohuang Gream

Intestinal obstruction is the common acute abdomen in digestie surgery,traditional medicine and modern medicine have different treatments on intestinal obstruction, acupoint application is a way of traditional Chinese medicine,it plays a important role in the curing of disease,This subject as Dasuanxiaohuang an example to discuss the pharmacodynamics mechanisms of therapy intestinal obstruction in acupoint application,and provide basis for clinical treatment.AIM:To observe the pharmacological action of Dasuanxiaohuang Cream (DC) acupoint application therapy on gastric emptying of mice,small intestine advance and relaxing the bowels,and the effective rate of intestinal recovery on the mouse with intussusception model,explore the mechanism of DC on treating intestinal obstruction,and verify the therapeutic effects of DC,in order to provide basis for clinical treatment.METHODS Select healthy mice of Kunming species and then divided into 3 groups,named blank group,observation group and control group (n=10 in each group),fasting 20 hours and fasting in liquid 4 hours before operation,After acupoint application, observe mice of residual rate of gastric contents,small intestine advance rate,stool quantity and character;the mouse which make intussusception experiment afer fasting 10 hours have an acupoint application. After 4 hours,make intussusception model and continuous suture skin,go on acupoint application,then observe the effective rate of intestinal recovery. RESULTS:①DC can promote stomach empting,accelerate small intestine advance(P<0.05),ahead the time of the first defecation(P<0.05),increase the stool quantity and induce a part of stool was pasty. Compare with blank group and control group,observation group have significantly difference(P<0.05),but Compare blank group with control group,there is have no significant differences(P>0.05).②Control group have a certain functions on promoting excretion of stool,but no significant influence on promoting enterocinesia and gastric emptying,and compare with blank group,control group have no significant differences.③the effective rate of intestinal recovery of observation group exceed blank group and control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Put the DC plaster on shenque acupoint can give full scope to drug and acupoint,promoting gastric emptying,enterocinesia and relaxing the bowels, it is the mechanism of DC on treating intestinal obstruction; and can increase the effective rate of intestinal recovery, lighten the degree of intussusception.
