General Hospital Health Management Service Model Study

With the improvement of living standard and the expansion of life span, health has become the engine of economy development in china and the solution of health problem can even promote the social and economic development in china.The key to the solution is health management service.At present,the health management in China is on the starting stage where still exist some problem-unbalance social medical security and the imperfectness in the mode.General hospital has abundant resources and great advantage in health management,but there isn't any study on this field and the definit mode of health management has not formed.This article will probe on the mode of the public health management in general hospital with the expectation to provide the public with better health service.This article makes an analysis on the related theories,the present development of health management,a survey of need in order to probe on the definite service,service process,mode of management and the organization construction of health management in general hospital.Through the health management the hospital can make health assesment and take measures to reduce the risk of disease and the cost of medical care.This study focuses on the service of health management which includes health survey,health supervision,health assesment and prediction,health plan and implementation,health data management and service for specific disease.The process of health management consists of information collection,health assesment,health plan,health interference and the effect evaluation.Through this study,a mode of health management basing on health information collection,information assesment health maintanance and improvement is put forth.This study would encourage the hospital to take good advantage of its resource to provide the service of health management.It has not only positive effect on chinese medical field,it is also significant in the set of policies made by the extention of hospital work and medical administration department.
