Objective:To establish dys-psychological stress model using nude mice bearing human epithelium ovarian carcinoma. To investigate expression of Soluble Interleutin-2 Receptor(sIL-2R), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and CA-125 in human ovarian carcinoma of adverse psychological stress in nude mice. Methods:All nude mice were randomized into 4 groups(each n=6):normal control group(â… ),simple stress group(â…¡),tumor group(â…¢),tumor plus stress group(â…£).Adverse psychological stress model and human ovarian carcinoma xenografs model were established in correlated groups. The growth of tumors were observed in nude mice. The weight of subcutaneous tumor were measured, the concentrations of sIL-2R,VEGF and CA-125 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA).Results:Compared with tumor group, the tumor grew faster in tumor plus stress group, the growth rate of which was 66.33%(P<0.05).The level of sIL-2R,VEGF in simple stress group was significantly higher than in normal control group(P<0.05). There was not significant difference in the expression of CA-125 level between simple stress group and normal control group (P>0.05).Tumor group and normal control group, tumor plus stress group and normal control group were significantly different when they were compared with correlated group(P<0.05),the concentrations of sIL-2R,VEGF and CA-125 in serum were significantly higher than correlated control group (P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Dys-psychological stress model with restraint was successfully established.2.The dys-psychological stress adds the tumor weight significantly. The level of sIL-2R,VEGF and CA125 in tumor plus stress groupwas significantly higher than in normal control group.Adverse psychological stress can suppress the immune function of tumor-bearing nude mice, resulting in rapid growth of tumors.
