Modern medicine he divided into two kinds,one kind is to show the reproductive organs have clear disease (genital inflammation,uterine fibroids,endometriosis,etc) cause dysmenorrhea called secondary dysmenorrhea,occurs more often in married women,the illness is long,touching refractory;One kind is to show the reproductive organs without obvious organic lesion menarche,general at the occurrence of pain will begin the symptoms,called primary dysmenorrhea,occurs more often in unmarried or married not pregnant women. At present the modern medical treatment is mainly by acetanilide, spasmolysis, composed primarily,although perlocutionary faster,but curative effect,and side effects to last,not easily by patients accepted. TCM treatment with whole concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment for guide to cure for this as the principle,careful,using TCM therapy for treatment,often can get an obvious effect,and can achieve the purpose of radical.This study looked at traditional Chinese medicine combined the lower abdomen acupoint sticking apply by stasis decoction "in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea HanNing blood stasis syndrome of clinical curative effect.Method: Choose met inclusion criteria of 30 cases of primary HanNing blood stasis syndrome dysmenorrhea patients,application with Chinese lower abdomen acupoint sticking apply by stasis soup oral therapy three treatment,and comparison of before and after treatment,symptoms to observe the clinical curative effect.Result: Clinical cure got 13 cases,10 cases in 5 cases,invalid,effective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.33%. The clinical symptoms and signs are obviously improved.Conclusion: The internal and external treatment therapy is reliable,can be used as one of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea effective way. |
