Study On The Consistency Of The Suqian Medical Reform Mode Under The New Medical Reform Stuation

Medical and health cause the health of millions of people, and also the happy of millions of people, which is a major livelihood issue.With the deepening reform of socialist market-economy,internal contradictions exist in the medical health system began to highlight."Visiting doctor being difficult and expensive" gradually became a social issue that is affecting the development and also the people's livelihood.After 2009,new medical reform and State Office,58th introduced,for the two "advocated by leading combined with the role of market mechanisms, the Government on public hospital reform,encourage and guide social capital holding medical institution" propositions,is located in Suqian city,northern in Jiangsu province.Suqian has initiated the reform since as early as 2000. Suqian medical reform which is known as "the most market-oriented reform, first to break the pipe Office,regardless of situation,the national first sold hospital" model, which is the "Suqian Medical reform mode "caused huge controversy in our country.Such a small backward town, why it can advance national policies on health reform for more than 10 years? With the similar reform contents of them,what is the relationship between Suqian Medical reform mode and national policies on health reform today? Whether the status of Suqian medicine health system after the reform can adapt to the new situation on health reform now? When the local-mode cooperate with the central policies, what problems will be found and how to solve it?Based on a good understanding of Suqian models, the beginning of this article is about Suqian healthcare reform mode's collaborative research under the new medical reform policy situation, identifying Suqian medicine health system status after the collaborative possibilities of the new national policy on health reform, raised in Suqian hindered coordination problems in the present situation of medical and health system. On these issues,this article made the following six recommendations to promote Suqian Medical reform mode:First, innovation investment, joint policy;Second, promoting the reform of ownership,improve governance,clear the sound development of private hospital obstacles;Third,ahead of plan,actively and steadily promote the implementation of essential medicines;Four is the strengthening of regional planning,specification of primary health care system;Five is to strengthen the supervision of Private hospitals,establishing quality health and medical resources;Six is to explore the pharmaceutical separation mode,change to medicine medical situation.
