Therapeutic Effect Of Quyidifang Combined With Metformin Hydrochloride On The Serum Level Of IL-6 In Insulin Resistance In Type 2 Diabetes Mullitus

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect of quyidifang combined with metformin hydrochloride on the serum level of IL-6, insulin sensitivity index (ISI), FPG, FINS,2hPG and other indicators in insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mullitus.Methods:60 patients with insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mullitus were randomly divided into two groups, On the premise of same basic, therapy group give metformin hydrochloride (shandong keyuan pharmaceutical Co., LTD.) 500mg, three times daily;The treatment group gives quyidifang Chinese medicine, water frying twice total take a medicine juice 200ml, sooner or later, two times daily, and metformin hydrochloride (shandong keyuan pharmaceutical Co., LTD.) 500mg, three times daily,8 weeks as one period of treatment. Observe both groups of patients before and after the treatment of interleukin-6(IL-6), insulin sensitivity index (ISI), fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and 2-hour plasma glucose (2hPG), fasting insulin (FINS), glycated hemoglobin Alc (HbAlc), Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores, lipid analysis (TC and TG, HDL-c, LDL).Results:the method of quyidifang combined with metformin hydrochloride can obviously reduce IL-6 and elevate ISI, reduce FPG and 2hPG, FINS, HbAlc, improve TCM symptoms, decrease TG, LDL and TC, elevate HDL-c with no obvious adverse reactions and toxicity, safety is good.Conclusion:This study confirmed that patients in the treatment of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes meet both Chinese Qiyinliangxu phlegm stagnation, blood stasis, quyidifang method combined with western medicine is superior to western medicine alone can be obvious to reduce IL-6 and increased ISI, increase insulin sensitivity; reduced FPG, FINS,2hPG, HbAlc; can significantly reduce patient TG, TC, LDL and increase HDL-C in order to improve lipid metabolism;improve the symptom points to improve the clinical symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes; and no significant adverse reactions and side effects, safety, good, worthy of clinical application...
