Using the final scale investigate observed 54 objects before treatment and after four weeks treatment. Then observe the impact on clinical efficacy and quality of life of the Treatment of YiQiWenYang decoction to persistent allergic rhinitis in patients with lung spleen-deficiency type. Compare traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group differences in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Results:1.In accordance with the Produced principle of scale, Screen quantitative indicators. Using different statistical methods. Screening for early entry Scale, and evaluating the full scale, forming the Chinese Quality of Life Scale. The results showed that the scale has good reliability, validity, responsiveness and feasibility.2. Using of self-Scale, evaluate effect of allergic rhinitis with deficient cold of spleen and lung after two treatment. It shows that the two kinds of medicine have treatment effects and high effective rates after four weeks treatment. The effect of Chinese medicine treatment to the allergic rhinitis is positive.Conclusion:The allergic rhinitis quality of life scale is available to evaluate the efficacy in patients with allergic rhinitis; YiQiWenYang decoction making great effect on allergic rhinitis caused by deficiency and coldness of lung and spleen.
