Study On The Related Psychological Factors Of 48 Cases Of College Students' Somatoform Disorder And The Qing Yu Homeopathic Psychotherapy Intervention Schemes

Objective: 1.To explore the incidence of college students'somatoform disorders (SD) and the related psychological factors ; 2. To generate the Qing Yu homeopathic psychotherapy intervention schemes for college students'somatoform disorders (SD); Methods: 1. The students who had somatoform disorders were selected by SCL-90. Then a diagnosis was made by psychiatrists on these bases. 2. The stuty on psychological intervention: Treatment group were given the Qing Yu Homeopathic Psychotherapy intervention while the control group were given Supportive psychotherapy and Psychological health education. In the end, two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results: 1. In the five-state survey , there was significant difference in Taiyin score between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.01).In TAS-26, factorâ… ( the ability to describe emotions), factorâ…¡(the ability to understand and distinguish emotions), factorâ…£(extraverted thinking pattern) and the total alexithymia score of the treatment group were all significantly higher than these of the control group. In SCCS, the self-disharmony score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In the immature defense mechanism, passive attack score,somatization score and the mean marks of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group).In the mature defense mechanism, distillation score and the mean marks of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group. Dissimulation score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in Medium defense mechanism between the two groups. In ASLEC, learning stress score of the treatment group was higher than the control group, and wholesome adaptation score was significantly higher than that of the control group. 2. Somatization score had a significant positive correlation with knowledge and distinguish factors and the emotional ability, passive attack, study the pressure; had a positive correlation with life events scores;somatization score had a significant correlation with distillation score. Stepwise regression analysis demonstrated the somatization score was close related to passive attack, understanding and distinguish between emotional ability, sublimation. 3. After the intervention, two groups had remarkable differences in each questionnaire. Conclusion: 1.College students' somatoform disorder patients existed a certain rule in psychological behavior characteristics. And the somatization score was close related to defense mechanism, that was understanding and distinguish between emotional ability, passive attack and sublimation. Qing Yu homeopathic psychotherapy was applicable to college students'somatoform disorders (SD) .
