Humans entered modern social time, various public crisis factor increases unceasingly; public health emergencies increasingly frequent outbreaks. The world today, all kinds of public health emergencies has become a big problem in the society. According to the statistics of State Environmental Protection Administration, there were nearly 1400-2000 environmental pollution and damage accidents per year during 2001-2004. These disasters were unpredictable and irresistible. It was a serious threat to people's lives, and also gave rise to significant loss of material and economic. Higher school as social main component, inevitably also suffered the harm of public health emergencies. High school is a highly intensive place of population, and it is a rapidly spreading infection compared the worst-hit areas. They are a young and special social group, because of their cognitive style and defense capabilities still not mature, often in a few large incidents lacking coping, once produce crisis will bring them great damage. Especially the 2008 "atypical pneumonia" and 2009 "Influenza H1N1 influenza virus" to the world as well as universities around the world the economic loss and psychological panic are quite enormous. To this end, we should improve the ability of psychological stress in public health emergencies; reduce harmful pressure on universities to explore the establishment of effective public health emergencies of stress mechanisms.Based on the winter H1N1 flu outbreak in 2009, this passage was about a questionnaire sampling investigation conducted to closed university undergraduates We used self-made Psychological change factor questionnaire of H1N1 flu , Eysenck's personality questionnaire, Simple coping style questionnaire and Anxiety self-rating scale in order to acknowledge the difference of awareness degree, coping style and psychological quality of university undergraduates to deal with the Public health emergencies. The 37.8% of undergraduates once had apparent fear problems. Compared with the domestic norm points, anxiety lever average had significant differences. Taking something which affect the anxiety lever total points during the outbreak of H1N1 flu as the independent variable, others as the dependent variables, we use the linear stepwise analysis technique to research prediction function .The first is negative coping ,second is Neuroticism and positive coping. After discussing and analysis the present situation and cause stress of university undergraduates dealing with Public health emergencies, we supply some useful practical advice, coping style and improving measures to search the prevention and dealing ways to university public health emergencies, so we hope offer the most striking evidence to university administrators and health institutions to make decisions.
