Safflower Angelica And Acupoint Application Of Chinese Herb In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis:A Clinical Study Menstruation

Purpose: This study is the clinical research of TCM gynecology menstrual disease,in line with the principles of diagnosis and treatment of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the safflower angelica powder and Chinese herb acupoint sticking therapy of primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome clinical efficacy,and safety.Method: This study selected the accord with standard of primary dysmenorrhea qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome in 72 cases of patients,fall off in 5 cases,eventually into the group of 67 cases patients were derived from January 2017 to January 2018,the first affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese herb outpatient service of department of gynaecology,dysmenorrhea patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(34 cases,taking safflower angelica powder and Chinese herb acupoint sticking therapy,In the control group,33 cases were treated with simple oral safflower angelica,and three menstrual cycles were successively treated.Result: The data before and after the treatment by SPSS19.0 statistical software processing,known treatment group total effective rate was 88.24%,among them 9 cases recovered(26.47%),14 cases were markedly improved(41.18%),7 cases(20.59%),effective,invalid 4 cases(11.7%);The total effective rate of the control group was 63.64%,of which 3 cases(9.09%),5 cases(15.15%),13 cases(39.40%),and 12 cases(36.36%).The treatment group was more effective than the control group in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Conclusion:1.The study was conducted on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with oral safflower combined with Chinese traditional Chinese herb,and the results showed that both groups could significantly relieve the pain.2.Through this study,the red flower angelica powder and Chinese herb acupoint sticking oral safflower is obviously better than the the clinical effect of angelica,and affirmed the safflower angelica powder and Chinese herb acupoint sticking the effectiveness of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,provides effective means for further treatment of dysmenorrhea.
