Analysis Of Clinicopathologic Characteristics In Female Triple-negative Breast Cancer Between Uygur And Han Patients Of XinJiang

Objective:To compare the clinicopathologic characteristics in female triple-negative breast cancer between Uygur patients and Han patients. Methods:The 830 cases with histopathologically confirmed respectable breast cancer were in Second 2 and 3 Affliticated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected from January 2008 to December 2009. The patients were divided into the TNBC and the non-TNBC group according to the immunohistochemical (IHC)test of estrogen receptor (ER), progeste-rone receptor (PR)and HER-2/neu. The clinicopathologic characteristics were compared between the two group by using statistical methods. Result:1. The rate of TNBC were separately (16.38%vs20.71%, P>0.05)among Uygurs and Han breast cancers, There was not significant differenc;2. Compared with the Han TNBC, The patients with Uygurs TNBC were younger, and Pre-menopausal and axillary lymph nodes metastasis occurred more often in Uygurs TNBC group than in the Han TNBC group (P<0.05), however, in other aspects, There were no significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion:TNBC of Uygurs might had different clinicopathological characteristics, There need have more clinic trials among different nations.
