With the continuous development of oilfield, Xingnan development area has entered high water cut stage.The western underground sedimentary environment and preasure between reservoirs of tenth Xingnan area has large difference,the reservoir status after water flooding is complex, and the residual oil distribution is highly scattered, it is difficult to do the adjustment and potential seeking. So how to do the adjustment of water flooding development index in high water cut stage is a problem need to be resolved.On the base of the geologic development information, I used reservoir numerical simulation software Elipse to do the numerical simulation work, by adjusting the reservoir parameters, I have made the history fitting accuratelly to the requirements. For residual oil distribution study of different sedimentary environment, I put forward the residual oil redevelopment method;On the historical fitting basis, I have done the forecasting research of the area. For five different sedimentary units, I studied the injection-production structure adjustment and average pressure relationship of production wells, and the average pressure relationship of Injection wells and average injection pressure of injection wells. In the study of the average pressure, I considered the different water cut levels. I researched the Injection-production structure adjustment and the relationship of producing fluid and water cut of five kinds of sedimentary units, and analyzed the discipline of the relationship.I got the residual oil production speed of different sedimentary units and development boundaries of water injection intensity, and confirmed the development boundaries of permeability coefficient variation. For production wells, I made different reducing flow pressure schemes. In two methods, I have studied the development indexes of the reservoir. The research methods and results in this article provided theory basis for guiding the high water cut period development area, and also provided a reference for adjustment of other oilfield development indexes.
