As a special asset, knowledge is increasingly becoming the core competence of corporations, and also is more and more emphasized by these corporations.This article clears up the correlating theories and results, selects the work teams in Chinese high-tech corporations as research background, and studies the relationship between the conflict between personal knowledge and team knowledge and performance from the aspect of tech employees. When researching the content and lay of conflict between personal knowledge and team knowledge, this article according as the most extensive explicit and tacit dichotomy in knowledge management, lays bare the home study from the two facets which contain the conflict between personal knowledge and team value and between personal knowledge and team rule, and brings forward corresponding relationship hypotheses. Then through questionnaire survey, data callback, the model is optimized by the analyses of structural equation modeling and SPSS statistic software, and the relationship among these factors and the extent of each factor's impact become clear. The main conclusions of my research conclude:1. The conflict between personal knowledge and team value which is one of subject researches includes the conflicts between personal knowledge and team task value and the conflict between personal knowledge and team emotion value, and it has distinctive negative impact on team task performance and member satisfaction.2. As the other subject research, the conflict between personal knowledge and team rule contains the conflict between personal knowledge and team inspiration system and the conflict between personal knowledge and task rule. Also it has instinctive negative impact on task performance and satisfaction.3. The conflict between personal knowledge and team rule which comprises the conflict between team inspiration system and the conflict between personal knowledge and task rule has instinctive positive impact on knowledge and skill.Eventually this research is on the basis of the relationship model of the conflict between personal knowledge and team knowledge constructed in this research, and aiming at the significant conclusions the research gets hold of, puts award some measurements which can help corporations to both manage the conflict between personal knowledge and team knowledge and improve the the team performance. Meanwhile the article brings award the future research expectation.
