The sign of sustainable development is continuous utilization of resources and good ecological environment. Sustainable development of agriculture, already in order to destroy agricultural regenerated resources, reduce environmental quality develop agriculture for cost , protect the environment and improve use of agricultural resource and meet human need combine, achieve the goal that the ecology is rational , high cost efficiency , develops continuously.Tibet is the national most intensive place of natural resources, the ecological environment is very fragile, economic development lags behind relativly.
