Research On The Construction And Operation Of Competitive Intelligence System Of Chinese Securities Company

With the development of globalization, enterprises are facing not just local competition, but also global competition. In addition to their own innovation and progress, they understand the development of competition and the industry in the market, which requires companies to establish the competitive intelligence system to get more information. Because China’s financial market raise lately and the financial system is not perfect, now the global financial market turning down and factors such as securities companies competing increasingly fiercely make the securities companies need to focus on competitive gathering and analyzing intelligence.In this paper, I did the relevant research about the construction and operation of securities companies for competitive intelligence system. At first, from the needs of development of information, the differentiation of industry, the standardization of company information, this paper describes the exist of the company’s competitive intelligence systems, and analyzes its necessity from the economic, technical, risk perspective; Secondly, it analyzes concretely the construction of competitive intelligence system in the securities firm, including analysis of needs, design and implementation of competitive intelligence systems. Finally, from the management of personnel, the coordination and communication, the daily maintenance, the service and evaluation, security and other aspects, the paper investigates the operating mechanism of competitive intelligence system, ensuring that securities companies’ competitive intelligence systems operates effectively.
