| The smart-card system is an important subsystem of HIS. It simplifies the workflow which is complex in traditional mode, and resolve the problem s-long time waiting in registration, payment, getting drugs and short time in doctor-seeing. Its central function is to make a single number to every patient for lifelong by using a card-reading instrument to write down the information in the second generation I.D. card, and then transform the information into magnetic stripes. By repaying deposit beforehand, the expenses-paying happened just as the accomplishment of registering, doctor-seeing, examining and drug-getting. Patients can also monitor their diagnosis and medication to attain rational administration of drugs. We can establish an ever-lasting medical record by the virtue of having been established module to set down patients'diseases history. Through one card, this system collects four functions, that is, electronic I.D. card, electronic prescription, electronic medical record and electronic currency.The system adopted C/S framework and Powerbuilder9.0. The back-end database employed the standard edition of SQLServer2005 of Microsoft. With the help of software engineering, we completed the designing of module, erd entity relationship diagram, database table, source program, application system instrument system test.The whole thesis is divided into seven chapters which described detailedly the meaning ,process and desired result of this system。Also this system includes four parts- opening and charging card module, doctors'workstation for out-patient module, medicine taking module, accessory examination applying and inspection result receiving module. It mainly undertakes to fetch information from I.D. card's magnetic stripe, recharge, return the spare money, renew the magnetic card, prescribe, consult and survey of medication, apply for accessory examination and automatically print inspection result.In the process of developing this system, I am the head of the project. |
