So it is an important topic to research and develop a computer basic course examination system that can grade for Windows operating questions and Office operating questions automatically.The computer basic course examination system of Jiaojiang Teachers'School under discussion has applied B/S system structure,which is divided into three main parts including presentation layer, function layer and data layer. The system includes seven major functions such as system administration management, questions bank management, paper management, test management, grading management, results management and questions assessing management.This paper elaborates the needs analysis of computer basic course examination system of Jiaojiang Teachers'School in detail. It models the examination system with UML, studying system use cases, system activity diagrams and system sequence diagrams. On the basis of needs analysis, the paper focuses on the structure design of network, the division of system modules, and the design and implementation of the main function modules.The examination system provides a flexible, convenient, scientific testing method for a computer basic examination. Test paper can be produced automatically, so it can prevent examinees from guessing the test questions before examination and decrease the possibility of cheat. Automatic grading for Office operating questions increases the computer efficiency and improves validity and objectivity.
