With the rapidly development of computer technology, communication technology and system technology, widely deployment network simulation continuously, promotion by the military requirement, the network simulation technology is growing up quickly both on theoretical research and practice. Connecting the simulation system with the real system seamlessly, and using the SITL simulation technology to realize the integration of simulation system and the real system is a trend of developmet for the network simulation technology. This paper described how to design the DSITL(Distributed System In The Loop) of IP network.DSITL includes two aspect SITL(System In The Loop) and distribute simulation. It has a strict demand of the management and control of the interface. And it's diffictult to impement. Currently there's no complete solution available even from the interanal professional company. This topic is still take advance position in this domain internationally. With deep research on the distributed simulatioin, SITL and simulation tool, we make a high level design about the interface of DSITL based on Internet. Also we implemented this interface based on the design. Based on HLA, one of standard of distributed simulation, this interface has made the event interaction and timing control between Simulation system and real system. This interface is expandable and reusable. This parper has a detail discussion about the implementation about DSITL based on IP network. It can be take as a reference for designing and implementing the DSITL. The detail solution, experience and lessons from this project can be seen as foundation of engineering of DSITL.
