Library Resource Sharing System Is Running Mechanism

With rapid development and popularization of modern information technology, network technology and communication technology, as well as the rapid increase in the amount and quality of information knowledge-based economy society, and people increase the quality of information needs, such as library information resource sharing system has been built within the motivation and external pressure. At present, the library information resources sharing systems are quite a few, but very well-known extremely limited, reason is the lack of a reasonable operating mechanism and safeguards. Library Information resource sharing system operating mechanism from macro to make library information resource sharing system operation more sustainable, stable, healthy, harmonious, full of vitality; from microscopic analysis, they make a clear division of labor within the shared system, clearly define the roles, can subject to unified control, compliance with operating agreements to enhance coordination among the members of the Museum of the level of cooperation, allowing sharing of high-quality system to meet user information needs. Sharing system developed technical standards and systems of the operational mechanism of safeguards are necessary to protect the healthy functioning. This paper introduces the information resources, information resource sharing, resource sharing library information systems, library information resource sharing system, operation mechanism and other related concepts, based on a systematic analysis of the domestic library information resource sharing system and a regional library information resource sharing system and a sharing of information resources abroad, combined with our library information resource sharing system operating mechanism of the status quo, to build a set of reasonable and sound operation mechanism and safeguards.
