A Comparative Study Of Archives And Library Information Resource Sharing

Information technology of archives is developing in the country. Following the development, how to share the archival information resources is becoming lively discussion in archive academic. Now, our archive academic has completed three Record Content Center. And in the eastern area, there has begun trying to construct the sharing of regional information resources. But compared with the mature shared system of library information resources, archival is still lagging behind away. Information resources of archives and libraries have the features and characteristics of their own; there are a lot of different from them. At the same time, they are partial same. So the experience of constructing shared system of library information-resources can provide reference for files. In the articles, through comparing their features and characteristics, analysis reasons about the gap between them. Then put forward some measures to promoting the construction of sharing of archives information resources.The articles have four parties:The first partial compare the sharing theory of archives and library information resources, from the sharing theories’ emergence and its development to the sharing theories’ specific content, from the difference to the same point.The second partial compare the construction status of sharing between the archives and library. It contains four fields. They are shared information resources, shared systems, safeguard mechanism and sharing service.The third partial analysis reasons about the gap on archives and library information resources sharing construction. It contains essential attributes, drive, surveillance powers of information, persons and users and so on.The fourth partial discuss the enlightenment from the sharing construction of library information resources to archives. We can strengthen the construction of archival sharing theory, rich the information resources which can share, integrating the information resources, put archives to general adoption of market principle and so on.
