In this task, the information transmission system of car control application model is designed based on the network. Vehicle control information transport module, GPS location information module, Web GIS modules, are all designed to achieve track vehicle control information of the network transmission, and storage of location information.The server-side use. NET technology to prepared of the WebGIS server-side applications, using C # language. Automotive client connects with the server-side using GPRS DTU module, wireless the way the Internet network.The software is designed the transmission of the server side and client-side two-way data, using with the socket programming technology. Orbital path information storage carrier system uses the RFID tags, which track the path of the node information storage. The reader read the label information. Board computer is the information collected processing unit,at the same time is the control signal generation unit. The microprocessor is connected to with onboard computer, which is the control signal transmission unit, in order to control the vehicle steering.Based on the model of application in the establishment of this project, the paper designed and implemented the web-based vehicle control information transmission path delay measurement program to obtain the actual measurement data. At the same time,the measurement results are analyzed.
