Ontology Middleware Telecom Billing Integration System

Now, with the development of information technology of China's telecommunications industry, many kinds of telecommunications data accumulate in a rapid way. Systems integration issues have become an increasing concern. Because the gap of development between China's local telecommunications business is growing, different equipment suppliers always set up their own data and information transmission, storage systems, and also introduced their own different information criteria, which gives these current telecommunications information integration lots of enormous difficulties and challenges. In the past, the level of China's economy is not developed, the fierce market competition did not appear, the local telecommunications companies just pay attention to their own business, provincial head of the monitoring efforts to local companies is relatively small, the integration of information request was also relatively small, the inherent value of telecommunications information did not have a clear understanding and information resources within the excavation did not receive enough attention, users did not ask for information exchange services across the companies. The companies refuse to consider the future work about information integration in such an environment and the basic work on information resources was not quick enough, the lack of long-term planning deeply influence the future development of telecommunications industry.Today, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, users demand the continuous improvement of information services, so, data integration within the system are growing. In this context, how to make telecommunications and information resources to be understood with the meaning by the system, to avoid the appearance of isolated islands of information and information systems-related issues such as duplication of construction has been widely mentioned, is already a major task in the telecommunication information system in the process.In this paper, the middleware is based on the application of ontology manager, so as to realize the telecommunications knowledge in the field of information sharing, reuse and ontology-based reasoning telecommunications information systems query, but also to fully exploit information resources to meet the user search for relevant resources in a unified demand, in order to realize the integration of telecom billing and value-added information resources.
