In order to solve the problem which is produced in the process of used digital AC servo drive system and to improve the the dynamic interaction and characteristics of the axis of coordination and work jointly ,the article put forward the breakthroughs path of its own digital AC servo drive parameter setting and its graphical simulation technology research, and hope to be able to play much as possible to drive the fine features.The arcticle is based on the PID controller with the history of the development process of review, described in the previous PID controller tuning parameters to make many efforts and achievements ,pointed out which the PID regulator plays an import role in the industrial application. The Arcticle analysed the PID control parameters and its significance for the control of the process of the different effects in detail, and described and compared the industry's drive of several of the main technical parameters set out and its working principle and control the key technology, and the successful issue of flexibility in the use of the popular OpenGL technology, intuitive and easy to use interface for users.To complete the process of obtaining the data, the subject adapted an method of the next since the adoption of design, architecture from the system as a whole, give full consideration to the modular structure and scalability, on how to set up a system for detailed analysis. System identification, hardware platforms, software architecture, and so on are designed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9000. The arcticle described the hardware design, software design, sampling and data analysis, continuous improvement, and other aspects, which involves the design, technology indicators, functional requirements, interface requirements that the design, data structure, more communication between the CPU, a lot of the details of data collection and so on .And more the arcticle elaborated on the subject of the implementation of the entire course of the study and research methods, sampling data analysis, and pointed out that the drive itself with the parameters in line configuration of some of the parameters of setting the direction and scope of the adjustment.The subject of this research, to a certain extent, achieved the number of AC servo drives with a small number of sports-related parameters of semi-automatic adjustment to avoid a drive in the communications interface differences and problems through cutting test results to adjust the parameters of trouble with a certain degree of versatility and convenience.I would like to study the issue, the major work done as follows: firstly, the completion of the overall system design; secondly, hardware interface, features, performance requirements; thirdly, to complete the system software design, from the main machine data exchange agreement in the design, programming and debugging code, data analysis and so on.
