This article is selected for the study of television news people's livelihood perspective, to explore the news and people's livelihood and cultural construction of community relations, under the guidance of the framework of the theory, the article analyzes the use of the contents of the research methods of Xi'an the people's livelihood of local television news program "Zero Xian" in the reports related to community analysis and research, which found that TV news people's livelihood in the process of dissemination in the community there are still some problems and found that their positive role, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, so that the livelihood of the people on television news programs and cultural construction in the community to play its own advantages at the same time, to actively make up for the shortfall, and better participate in community life to the report, so as to promote the construction of community culture.
