Zhongshan City Intelligent Traffic Management Command Key Technology Research

Congestion in urban Traffic is a serious problem faced by the global.To solve the increasingly serious urban traffic problem,the study and application of the Intelligent Transportation System becomes the neeessary choice around the world.The management and command system of urban traffic is one of the key systems of the Intelligent Transportation System,and it is very important to study the functions and key techniques of the Intelligent Transportation System.Based on the status quo of the urban traffic in China and considered the practical problems exiting in the urban traffic management in ZhongShan city,this dissertation studies the intelligent traffic management system in ZhongShan city and also discusses its key techniques.The most distinctive Parts can be deseribed as following:1.The main Problem in urban traffic is analyzed,and the study outlines and exiting Problems of the Intelligent Transportation System,the Intelligent Management System and the Urban Traffic Command System around the world are fully discussed.The objective and significance studied in this dissertation is presented.2.The status quo and main Problem of the traffic management command system in ZhongShan city are analyzed.The overall design aim of the intelligent traffic management command system is presented and its architecture is also designed.3.The base of the intelligent traffic management command system in ZhongShan city,traffic information Platform and its key techniques is studied:analyzed and designed its functions,presented its architecture , further analyzed its key techniques such as data processing and the platform construction.4.The solution plan and achieving method of the traffic command system based on GIS is presented,while its functions also designed.The corresponding GIS platform is developed and the visual technique of the traffic data is also studied.
