Urban Traffic Control Network Simulation Technology

With urban development, network size and complexity constantly implove,and it's large amount of calcualtion,real-time dynamic nature have put a higher demand on computer.Previously,because of limited capacity, computer can only be used for micro-local road network simulation. But with the development of distributed computing technology, micro-traffic simulation system has been able to achieve the rapid large-scale network simulation. Distributed micro-simulation is the rapidly developing direction in the simulation area of international, and it can raise operating efficiency of large-scale network traffic simulation. By distributed network, which constituted by the number of computers, it can replace part of complex large-scale parallel computer based on parallel computing. And it can form a cost-effective system of traffic flow simulation.Research as follows:1. Through researching of the simulation system interface technology, all the elements in the simulation system can be access and control, including elements of the static traffic elements and dynamic elements, such as vehicles traffic flow.2. Researching network communications technology and realizing the network real-time data exchange.3. Based on the formers together, sub-district road network simulation units will be distributed to a network of several computers. Realizing all areas of import/export data's network switching, therefore achieving distributed real-time simulation.Through the study of the subject, it can resolve the current large-scale traffic simulation issue and realize the network communications, distributed simulation technology used in traffic, and achieved by a number of micro-computers to replace part of Parallel computing based on the parallel computer .Thereby constituting cost-effective traffic flow simulation system, and make the ordinary computer can simulate large-scale network.
