Moderate Protection Principles-based Digital Library Copyright Protection Countermeasures

With the development of digital technology, the problem of copyright has become a bottleneck in the development of digital library and requires immediate solution.The thesis first analyzes the current problem of copyright in digital library from the three perspectives of information resource construction, information circulation and information service in the digital library. Then, this thesis analyzes the definition and basic orientation of moderate copyright protection, and puts forward the basic principlesof moderate copyright protection of digital library------the principle of balance ininterest, the principle of systematic thinking, the principle of social benefit, based on the interest balance thinking in copyright law, systematic thinking in management, and the social benefit thinking in sociology. Then, Finally, the thesis introduces the principle of balance in interest, the principle of systematic thinking and the principle of social benefit into the studies of copyright protection strategies of the information resources construction, information circulation and information service in digital library, and concludes the copyright protection strategies of digital library.By the above studies, the writer aims to put forward suggestion with regard to strategies for copyright protection in digital library, as well as strategic basis for the reform in intervention copyright law in digital library.
