The Research And Realization Of Copyright Protection Core Architecture Based On DCI

With the rapid development of the Internet, the way of information storage and transmission changes greatly and overturns thoroughly the way as well as the channel that people access information, in the background of promoting cultural development, brings unprecedented challenges to the copyright management and protection. All the countries in the world start to research the plan of digital product copyright protection in the Internet and the new media environment, in multiple levels such as legislation, research on high-tech application and commercial mode exploring etc., some have achieved partial success, but there is no recognized and effective solution in the world.This paper puts forward a copyright protection plan based on Digital Copyright Identifier (Digital Copyright Identifier, DCI), which includes three core contents:digital product copyright management based on DCI, it includes registration of digital product right, registration of contract authorization, extraction of digital content characteristic, building copyright database and characteristic database of digital product; the third party expense settlement and measurement based on DCI, sending back transaction information to copyright registration institution when digital product consumption platform sales a product with DCI, then obligee can access the institution to obtain the consumption records; infringement monitoring, it means obligee can apply to monitoring or report the infringement website, and the copyright management service institution obtains infringement evidence and generates a monitoring report.This paper completed the following works:①analyzing copyright protection status both in home and abroad in three aspects as the law, the technology and the mode;②esigning DCI code to identify digital product copyright;③analyzing resolution plan and application scope of digital resource identifier which used commonly at present;④analyzing the core function and business flow of digital copyright management service platform, digital copyright expense settlement platform and infringement monitoring platform, designing business framework, application framework and technique framework of digital product copyright protection and analyzing the core content of the framework;⑤by research on digital product copyright protection based on DCI, getting the key technique of digital product copyright protection, its DCI coding, repeat checking and resolving;⑥realizing the core system of digital product copyright protection based on DCI.The innovation of this paper is the prompt ion of the framework of product copyright protection based on DCI and designing solution of core framework by designing DCI code. In this paper, DCI coding system is designed to a distributed and extensible architecture; this architecture helps to DCI distribution and creates conditions for the promotion of DCI as an international standard, fills the gap of digital copyright standards in China, at the same time occupies the commanding heights of international digital copyright research.
