| Covert interview, as a special news coverage, has its legal principle of long-term existing. At the same time, because of its misapplication, many tortuous instances occurred. In the background of managing state affairs with law and building a socialist harmonious society, as more and more covert interviews were adopted in the practice of our country' press circles, ite' validity has become a subject of widespread controversy in the press theoretical circles. This article define and analyze this press phenomenon mainly from the angle of law, research and discuss the validity though cover interview's essence, character, legal principal, conflict with the law and try to find its' validity borderline. |
