The flight test system is often different from other test systems, which usually involves the distributed framework and is rigorous to outside buses, e.g. Real-time, great data transmission. So most test systems both in the whole world are consistent to design and implement a special bus to achieve the goal, but technology of these test bus isn't open. It's impossible to extend its function, further more, which makes it difficult to integrate with other systems. So if there are some manners to achieve the determination communication on Ethernet, the Ethernet must make a good base to develop a feasible test system with its mature technics and low cost, even rapid development.This paper focuses on technology of outside and inside bus of this test system and its control software system. For the sake of getting better real-time performance and less jitter, the test system introduced FPGA on outside bus of this test system. According to mature technology and better compatibility, this test system introduced Ethernet to perform on inside bus. In order to good function and nice man-machine interface of this test system, control software is very important. It is not only a bridge between ground Real-time remote data processing of network and remote data of PCM streams, but also bridge between recorded data processing based on the plane of the software and recorded data. We use the technic of plug-in in designing of this control software. The functions of this system are dispersed into the plug-ins and the plug-ins is dynamic. The plug-ins can be inserted, deleted, and replaced freely, so this control software has good expansibility and maintenance. For the sake of XML on the predominance of data and the insignificancy of operation system, the software system introduces XML to save the project configure information.
