Distributed Structure Of The Application In The The Guizhou Postal Mail Order System

Post Sale is an important operation of GUIZHOU POST. Because of the cut-throat market competition, it request higher informatization. In fact, every company in different areas had its own software beforetime in our province, but these softwares were different, the data communication were obstructed, and could not standardize the operation process. We hope we can standardize the operation process by the construction of the project, make it easy to communicate between the different areas, and raise efficiency when operating.By the actual demand of the users, allowing for the system implementation, we choose the Distributed Three-Tier Structure Application based on MIDAS in every company, which encapsulates the corresponding operation logic into the middle tier application server, and clients use socket connection to application server to transmit data. It will improve the efficiency of data processing, save bandwidth in networks, decrease the load in client, and make installing and using client software easy. Between the companies at different areas, we use the distributed operation of Oracle to transmit data. It will cut down the volume of work of the operators, and offer information and data to the managers in the province company for decision analysis.This paper will introduce the distributed application about the project associating its construction, especially the principle and implementation of the Distributed Three-Tier Structure Application based on MIDAS will be introduced in detail.
