With the rapid development of information technology, the trend of integration of mobile communications and the Internet are becoming more and more obvious, with the start of the activities of home electric appliances to rural areas ,traditional after-sale service system which built on the pure B / S framework has been unable to meet the demand for mobile office. Mobile data terminals based on the technology of mobile phone and 3G wireless communication have shown great potential and space. This paper is mainly to explore the combining point between the development of wireless applications and the existing after-sales information systems platforms of electronics manufacturer. This paper also proposes the solution to mobile after-sales service information system which is based on J2ME and Servlet + Database ,this solution allow wireless terminals (mobile) users in mobile environment access corporate data services by using client program to provide a declaration and the admissibility of after-sales business functions. In this paper we first state the background, status and significance of mobile after-sales services'application and state the main functions, features and applications strategy of the key technology-J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition) and HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) in detail which is used to development of mobile information systems. The projects using object-oriented analyze user's demand of the system and take account into the specific development of enterprise information systems and databases of existing resources, establish a Java Bean for the task of processing core which is compatible with the old B / S system's sub - layer architecture, that is both mobile client and Servlet Server and Java Bean Application Server and JDBC. Then based on the analysis needs, design needed various types of modules, as well as the interaction between type of situation, and in the last realize the system. The system we have designed consists of the following components: UserLogin, ProductInquiry, PostSaleSheet and UserManagement. It also uses the mobile phone as the platform, which solves the problem that mobile office can't be implemented in remote areas by original B/S system. The excellent cross-platform feature of Java makes our system adaptive, reduces the cost of, makes after-sales service anytime, anywhere, professional and efficient, shortens the management cycle of the products that have been sold, and thus improves the overall competitiveness of the brand...
