Along with the Internet technology and the information technology rapid development, the enterprise information system movement environ- ment and the architecture has had the significant change, causes to the multi-tier architecture platform as well as based on each kind of platform development technology research and the utilization, has become in the information system construction one of important work.This article"the information service operation management system management system"will put in under the network environment pattern, take the multi-tier distributed application system development practice as the background, elaborated the multi-tier distributed architecture, the lamination thought and the realization method, as well as many kinds of development technology in distributional system construction utilization. This article first emphatically discussed the present three kind of mainstream multi-tier distributed computation technology platform structure and the characteristic.Has compared the C/S development pattern, the B/S development pattern good and bad points and the applicable scope in detail, rests on to the project function analysis as well as the system operating characteristic, the data speed of response, the system safety request and so on, proposed C/S and the B/S pattern unifies comprehensive development pattern.Afterwards, introduced in detail Delphi develops in the platform the MIDAS technical main point, as well as suite technology which involves in the multi-tier distributed application software development.And the multi-tier architecture database interface technology has conducted the research to Delphi under.Finally, according to the software engineering step, from the demand analysis, the system design, the database and the access design aspect, has carried on the comprehensive elaboration to the overall system development as well as the network environment construction.And based Delphi as develops the platform, SQL SERVER2000 as the backstage database, has carried on a more detailed narration to in function module C/S and the B/S structure some important technical realization process.The research indicated that, under the complex network environment the software development pattern is not irreversibility, so long as conforms to the MIS system requirement, does not need to rigidly adhere to one method.Will cause the system to each kind of development pattern synthesis application to present a stronger compatibility, at present uses C/S to unify B/S the development pattern will be quite appropriate.
