In the entire system, we use the DES and some technique in RSA. In order to improve the system security, we introduce some concepts into the theme as authentication.Finally, this paper has described the function and realization the subsystem of computer center, the management subsystem of computer-room, the management subsystem of dining room and water management subsystem in detail.
