The radio propagation in the mobile communications is affected by various factors, such as the shapes of the grounds and buildings, various types of noises, etc. It is very difficult to analyze the propagations exactly due to the mobile features. Therefore the radio environments are often simplified to get proper propagation models.Building the radio propagation model on special frequencies is an important factor decided the mobile radio communication network whether or not to be put up successful. The simulation models are very different under the different environments. Therefore, building the radio propagation models under the different environments respectively will be an effective method to plan the mobile communication network. The famous statistics model in the mobile models is Okumura model, which is created by Okumura using statistics method. The model is expressed by tables and curves. Based on the model, various modified models are given by other researchers which are easer to calculate by computers. In fact, these models are not often suitable for a given specific radio propagation environment. This article will combine the general theory and test of CW namely continuous wave test principle of propagation model tuning, and uses the Aircom company planning software Enterprise support for Standard MacroCell model to predict the field intensity distribution of 2GHz frequency ranges on 27 Square in Zhengzhou, and combines the electronics map in Zhengzhou city proper carrying on the comparison with the drive test data, and uses network planning software to revise the Standard MacroCell model on this foundation, and finally gives a propagation model parameter that is fit for the concentrated city proper physiognomy of Zhengzhou.
