Two-dimensional Bar Code Technology In The Financial Reporting Management System

Today, modern technology is developing very fast. Accurately transmitting and tracing information is the premise and necessary condition of management work. But in the field of management of finance accounting, the backward and traditional management pattern has still being used. Using bar code technology to improve the management level of finance accounting in universities and colleges is the problem that the author will discuss in emphasis. 2D bar code is a new technology of ADC (Automatic Data Collection) which can encode kilobytes of data in a single machine -readable symbol printed on paper and has the ability to prevent misreads. This study discusses the specification of PDF417 and the theory of error control coding for the purpose of implementing a 2D bar code system. In the management of finance accounting, make the messages (unit, director, address, applicant, code, code of finance accounting) into 2D Bar code and then print it and stick it onto the accounting. It is easy to transmit the messages. Owing to the complexity of the coding of 2D Bar Code and the process of decode, we usually print the bar code, decode through scanning, and then send out the data through RS232, it is seldom to encipher to the 2D Bar Code date. This paper puts forward that decode the data with the help of SE923HS scanning, the decode data may mix with other data and code once more .It can be put into use in the fields of postal service and circulation. In the process of study, the author starts from making use of 2D Bar Code to set up efficient and speedy finance accounting system in universities and colleges, explores the high efficiency of the modern management in the finance accounting system, puts 2D Bar Cod into use in the finance accounting .All in all, the paper and the chain are valuable inreference and application.
