In the aviation electron system, in the system between each module carries on the massive data transmission, the traditional ARINC429 communication card which the platform processor is completely control and process work, increased the system expenses, reduced the transmission speed, the system reliability and the efficiency is not high. In order to solve this problem, this topic development goal is designing a communication card embedded with a high performance 32-bit microprocessor, thus improves intelligent of the communication card, simplifies the control difficulty, relieve the work load of communications platform processor.Firstly, this paper introduces the total design of the communication card, introduced the communication card system composition and each function module function, and summarized the characteristic of the communication card.Secondly, concretely introduced the essential technology of this paper and the realize detail is also introduced. Divides for the microprocessor module, the ARINC429 module, the expansion memory module and the CompactPCI interface logic module in detail describes.Finally, the establishment of cross compiler for embedded system based on windows is introduced. The paper introduced the software development and debugging. Firstly analyzed the software hiberarchy of the embedded system .Then introduced the system booting procedure of the board and the start process of the communication card. On the basis of hardware design, the communication control program was designed.This topic use the embedded microprocessor to be responsible to control the entire communication card system, thus processing speed is effectively enhanced. This topic presents a high efficiency and reliable communications platform to the avionics system.
