Digital Hospital Information System Design And Application

This paper is on informational-hospital designing and application. The modern hospital information system (HIS), is take the patient as the center, the use electronic accounting machine, the information technology and the network communication method, has the patient to the hospital to diagnose and treat the information, the medical expense information as well as the administration information and so on carries on the collection, the memory, processing, withdraws, the data exchange and sharing, by satisfies all authorized user the function demand, at the same time the realization and the outside information environment network interlocks with the data exchange software system.This paper focuses on:The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Tranditional Chinese Medicine attaches the courtyard HIS system the development and the realization. The system uses the repetitive process life cycle the project organization method, begins from the hospital overall frame chart, The C/S structure had taken the hospital application system system structure, Delphi is the development environment, SqlServer is the backstage database, uses 1000MB optical fibers branches net, 100MB to the tabletop network overhead construction, carries on the webpage the design and divides. Subdivides the hospital database is three, the distinction load bearing different service need, then classifies the design table structure again. According to the service flow chart and the calculation flow chart, by UML with the illustration expressed separately the outpatient service, is hospitalized with the medical supply store demand analysis, then divides the subsystem the function, in conforms to under the international design standard premise, carries on the software system the development work. Because the author is responsible for 12 subsystems the demand, the design, the realization work, therefore cannot everyone relate in detail, this article only selects a doctor's advice management subsystem example to carry on the narration, draws the doctor's advice management subsystem to use the illustration first, then in detail introduced the design contact surface and the module method. This system selects the method which the theory and the practice unifies, carries on the detail through the practice the adjustment and the consummation, by achieved the ideal effect, is a set applies in the actual hospitalinformation system. Since this project original work work 5 years have continued in the application.As the application, author' s contribution was (1) has realized the outpatient service prescription reverse printing, the solution service need; (2) Tastes tests ADO to replace BDE and the database interactive; (3) The HIS system mainly realizes in hospital each service, inquires in the database information frequently in the HIS system, this needed in to have inquires in the process to introduce the overlapping table the technology, the author revises the original procedure to increase the related memory process;(4) The different application system is straight has the connection problem, for example HIS and LIS, HIS and the medicine guarantee the connection, the memory process which compiles by the author causes the seamless connection which both sides achieved;(5)Automatically realizes between the server backup by the database with to restore the work, both guarantees the security, and facilitates feasible ; (6)Carries on the calamity through the diary to restore the database.
