Microwave sintering is a very complex process. Among many key factors, the precision of temperature control contributes much to the final result of sintering material. After analyzing the feature of microwave sintering and the specialty of this system, we propose the computer two-stage structure to realize the reliable control of microwave sintering temperature.In this paper, aiming at solving the noise jamming problems in the communication of our two-stage control system, we make rich studying and practicing. By using the various length communication method of PLC and the COM component of MSComm, we successfully realized the reliable communication.This paper measured and identified the parameters of the control model. Microwave sintering procession had such characteristics as non-linear, time-delay, random and time-various. According to these traits, we studied the merits and defects of many control algorithms in temperature control in our Microwave Sintering System, such as traditional control algorithm, fuzzy control algorithm. And based on these researches, we infuse the thought of forecast and designed the controller of microwave sintering based on fuzzy control algorithm with forecast. And this algorithm solves the problem of time-delay and decreases the overshoot of system. We promote the precision of control system by using Kalman filter to process the sample data and intensify the dynamic tracking properties by adding feed forward. Research results show that all these measures effectively optimize the microwave sintering temperature control.At last, guided by methods of the Object-oriental analysis, we developed several main function modules by using the third-party components. Design and implement of the software subsystem is another key factor of our system.
