The fly-by-light system is a key task of aeronautics field, which is important for the study of control system redundancy management.Basing on the practical need of fly-by-light system and' the relevant reliability theory, the paper puts forward a proper fly-by-light triplex distributed redundancy structure and discusses its redundancy management scheme and studies the realization of san flight control computers digital communication.First, the paper introduces the elementary things of fly-by-light control system including its excellences and basic parts and some key techniques. Then the paper discusses fly-by-light system redundancy configuration and the selection of redundancy structure.The paper states the important function and the principle of signal selection in detail. Comparing some algorithms, the paper brings forward a proper signal selection algorithm of fly-by-light triplex redundancy control system.For fault monitoring, the paper thinks over the selection of gate limit and the system test coverage and fault isolation and so on. So a proper monitor algorithm is put forward. Besides, the paper also mentions self-watch and fault counter application in the software program.The paper also studies the hardware and software realization of optical fibre serial communication among san flight control computers, and discusses the synchronization problem and puts forward a proper synchronization waiting algorithm.Finally the paper carries through the basal simulation and experiment, and the result proves that the scheme is feasible and right.
