Based On The The Lonworks Fieldbus Research And Development Of The Electric Actuator

With the development of modern communication and computer technology, control technology has already come into a new stage - fieldbus technology stage. Electric performer is an important terminal control component in automatic control system. It effects on the independence of the automatic control system. But many electric performers which are used in many factories are DKJ/DKZ electrical performer. DKJ/DKZ electrical performer's capability is very lower than the electrical performer based on fieldbus capability. So I applied LonWorks fieldbus technology to the electric performer. It carries out the function which the traditional electrical performer can't carry out.This paper introduces the LonWorks fieldbus technology, at the same time, describes the flaws of the traditional electric performer in detail. Then it introduces how to design electric performer as a fieldbus node in detail and also gives the hardware and software design. At last ,the electric performer becomes a intelligent electric performer based on LonWorks fieldbus.
