| With the development of micro-electronics technology and computer network communication technology, the automation control meter trends towards distributed fieldbus technology. The Fieldbus Control System (FCS) comes into being with the fast of auto-control, auto-detection and computer network technology. And it is the integration of the modern computer technology, the communication technology and the detection control technology, which is called the 3C(computer communication control)development. As the developmental direction of the future of the automation technology, the Fieldbus is maturating gradually and is applied to every field of auto-control. So exploiting the fieldbus software and hardware and applying it to the practical control project will accord with the developing evolutive direction of the automation control meter. We will apply the modern and applied technique, LonWorks, to my project, exploiting the software and hardware of the distrubuted data acquisition system and solving some practical projecpt problems. Firstly, the dissertation tells something about LonWorks technology, the LonTalk protocol, the Peer-to-Peer communicaton etc. Secondly, it lucubrates S-2000 Control System based on LonWorks, including the design method of the system, the key technology, the characteristic of the intelligent node, the I/O property, the structure of intelligent block, the neuron chip, the design of the data acquisition node and so on. An intelligent fuzzy control algorithm is present, followed by the hardware circuitry and the software design thought, which is applied to the control system based on LonWorks. In terms of the emulation results, the system is excellent in Real-time, control precision. At last, it research on the application in the three instrument system.In a word, the paper researchs on the thoery, the algorithm and the application of the LonWorks fieldbus. It has presented a good research method on the fieldbus control system.
