This paper mainly introduced the office automation system that used in thetrade of XinFang. Used SQL Server 7.0 as database system, this software wasprogrammed with the latest assembled developing tools-Borland Delphi 4.0Under the environment of Intranet.This paper discussed the studies and application of the new theories, newidea and new technology in this system at different points. At the view of wholesystem, firstly, this paper generally discussed the theory of Multi-tired Structureand introduced the application of Multi-tired technology which is one of thelatest technology in the computer areas and analyzed its principle in detail.Secondly, this paper discussed WorkFlow idea and introduced how to useshare-database technology to design flow flat of WorkFlow under the C/Smodel. At the individual view, this paper introduced the implementation of themainly modules partly. These modules included letter module, public querymodule, reporting statistics module.
