| The system is an office system in enterprises based on information-sharing mechanisms. It is very easy to operate and has good compliance. It is also advanced and has the perfect professional functions. The users can send requests from the client part by browsers and the requests can reach the Web application server through networks. Then the web server draws data from the database application server based on the clients'requests. The Web server maybe deals with the data and returns the results to the clients. It also sends the results to the database server for memory. So the structure has little demand on the users and the front computers. Also it can be deployed easily and is easy to be maintained. It also can be deployed cross several different platforms and is suitable for the applications of information releasing. In the thesis, we consult some old intranet OA systems developed by ASP and then develop the new OA universal platform independently. The system fully considers the demands of enterprises'office, summarizes and overcomes the shortcomings found during the using of OA system. It can satisfy the market demands and meet the customer's demands. The system takes the modular as the basic design unit. Now according to the enterprises'real demands, there have been more than 10 modular realized. We can continue to add or reduce the modular according to the customers'demands and also we can lay out the modular newly in order to the demands of the enterprises'management. During the using of the system, it can be found that the system can be operated easily, maintained expediently, upgraded easily. It also has high security. So it can get the highly appraise from the users and has a great prospect.
