| This dissertation focuses on the study of the extract & processing technology about the full-motion video-image抯 information from the holographic interference fringe image, which generated from the dynamic SMT (Surface Mount Technology) thermal distortion field.This study is to deal with SMT thermal circling laser dynamic interference fringe video image which is an important branch subject of the program funded by the National Funds for Natural Sciences: the SMT & the solder joints thermal-strength coupling three-dimensional (3D) deformation and fatigue distortion investigation.The Delphi visual software development platform was adopted in this dissertation. By means of a module named the Tmediaplayer that was supplied by the Delphi, the AVI files that recorded SMT real-time holographic interference (RTHI) fringe was played frame by frame .In the duration of playing, Windows API is adopted to get the gray-value of the random positions that the mouse clicked on. Finally, the curve of the gray-value varied with time and the curves of out-of-plane displacement varied with time are drawn, which represented device distortion information.About the aspect of image preprocessing, a neighborhood field average filtering method is adopted to eliminate the image抯 noise. And at the same time, averagesmoothness- curve抯 method is used to smooth the curve of gray-value varied with time, so that can bring the curve抯 linearity remarkably and bring the curve抯 peak value sharply. At last, a more accurate out-of-plane displacement curve that varied with time is drawn completely. On the processes of displaying curve, twodimensional (2D) image visual mapped arithmetic is applied.The dissertation provides a reliable analysis of the several new SMT products with SMT RTHI fringe automatic analysis processing program that has advanced-interface and simple-operation. And gives a detailed show and analysis of the results of all the tests. |
