Different from online question answering communities in vertical field, they have stronger ability of social influence and agenda setting, they have more users, cover more social class, can be said to be the mainstream in the field of online question answering communities.In recent years, they all reveal their problems. At this point, the Zhihu’s presence in so many ways to improve and solve these problems, effectively improve the efficiency of information transmission, improve the quality of the questions and answers, attracted a group of high quality user, and formed the independent operation management mode, and so on. Although the it’s communication mechanism still has some problems, some problems and even more serious. But the author thinks that, to the indispensable important part of the Internet-online question answering community Zhihu as an independent operation of the first successful online question answering community represents the development direction in the future.In this article, the author summarizes the origin and development of network question answering communities, summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the development of Zhihu, with detailed analysis on operation strategy of Zhihu.
