With the rapid development of Higher Education and the expansion of the scale of Higher Education in our country.The management of many college teachers pre-job training become more and more artificial.The target of the teachers pre-job training is the new teacher who will go to work.The quality of the per-job training directly affects the teaching skills and the occupation accomplishment of teachers.So,we must take it seriously.Through the pre-job training,we can make the new teachers of non-normal majors have an intimate knowledge of education, psychology, teacher occupation morality and some related contents.And we can improve the new teachers’understanding of teaching knowledge, teaching skills, teaching methods and so on. The pre-job training of teachers in Jiangxi College of Applied Science and Technology uses a traditional and artificial way.The way includes organization, management, training content, training students, training methods, training time, attendance, examination and so on.But this method brings some disadvantages to work.Such as the high cost,the long work time and the large quantity of work. Therefore, Jiangxi College of Applied Science and Technology must apply the information management system into the teachers pre-job training.This paper re-anaiysed a system of pre-job training,which is functional,easy,efficient and practical. The purpose of the implementation of the pre-job training for college teachers is to lead every new teachers to make progress and improve the development of educationThis paper is based on the actual situation ofJiangxi College of Applied Science and Technology.Anddetailly described the process of analyzing the teachers pre-job training. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction.Introduced the project background, significance of the project.And also introduced the management present situation, the research and application of the system and major research work of the pre-job training of university teachers in other colleges.The second part is according to theresearch and analysis of the teachers pre-job training inJiangxi College of Applied Science and Technology. Then modified the original business process ofanalysis and the business process of pre-job training of student enrollment,,the courses management,,the teachers arrangement,theattendancemanagement, the performance management and student graduationappraisal.And then develop a new business process reengineering. The third part is the analysis of the teachers pre-job training system in Jiangxi College of Applied Science and Technology.Make sure theinformation of the student enrollment,the basic courses,theteachers arrangement,theattendancemanagement, the performance management and student graduationappraisal.Then gives the overall function diagram and functional diagram. The fourth part is the data analysis. This paper analyzesthe data that needs to process in the function of the system.Then gives aentity diagram and establish a databasetable.The fifth part is the summary and outlook of the teachers’ pre-job training management system inJiangxi College of Applied Science and Technology. According to the investigation and analysis to find the problems, and proposes the solution.Improved by the training organization, management, training content, training students, training, training time, attendance, assessment and other aspects. Improve the effectiveness of teachers’ pre-job training,and make the trainingsystemplay a more important role.
