Disposal of hazardous waste is to be harmless, reduction and resource, As far as possible to eliminate the danger of hazardous waste, To make it into the material which does not damage for human body or the environment。 Therefore, proper disposal of hazardous waste is important to protect people’s health and safety, environmentalsecurityand socialeconomic sustainabledevelopment.Kunming hazardous waste disposal center is the first hazardous waste disposal center in Southwest of China. It is one of the19centralized disposal of hazardous waste disposal center which By the national Ministry of construction to determine building, it responsible for the safe disposal of hazardous waste of Kunming and the surrounding area of more than400factories.It plays an important role in the protection of the urban environment safety in Kunming, improve and enhance the urban soil, air and water environment quality.However. Kunming hazardous waste disposal center information management method and management mode is still relatively under-developed, the level of informatization construction is far behind the hazardous waste disposal infrastructure construction, seriously restricted the center management efficiency and management level. Therefore, the urgent need to establish the safe disposal of hazardous waste comprehensive information platform to realize information management for hazardous waste fromproduce, transfer, disposal andresource utilization.This paper in according to the Kunming hazardous waste disposal center information management’s practical requirement, researching and designing the safe disposal of waste comprehensive information platform database. The main work of this paper includes:(1) Using the UML in detailed analyzing the business process,and gives the flow chart and use case diagram of the system.(2) Using the object-oriented technology, and use Microsoft Visio modeling tools, for the platform database concept designing and logic designing, and gives the E-R diagram and database logic structure(3) Using the popular database modeling and CSAE tools PowerDesigner, connecting with the SQL server database management system, Realizing the whole process from requirement analysis, concept design, logic design to the database operation and maintenance.(4) The safe disposal of hazardous waste database has been applied to the Kunming hazardous waste disposal center business management, Effectively improve the management level and efficiency. |
