RFID(radio frequency identification)is a kind of non-contact,automatic identification technology that is to achieve the goal of identification through the magnetic field or electromagnetic field,by using non-contact radio frequency to achieve two-way communication.RFID technology has such characteristics that the bar code hasn't got as follows:waterproof,antimagnetic,high temperature resistant,long service life,long reading distance,the encryptable label data,larger data storage capacity,easily changeable storage information and trackable object technology.Therefore,with its application in many fields,its wide application has brought revolutionary changes into retailing,logistics industry.Hazardous waste information management system in automated monitoring,aspects of location management,material information,such as identification and data collection can take advantage of RFID technology is a hot applied research.In this paper I analyzed the current development of radio frequency identification technology at home and abroad,expound the characteristics of RFID technology and its application.By analyzing the basic principle of physics characteristic of RFID signal propagation as well as a variety of anti-collision algorithm,I have studied the relevant technology of radio frequency identification,its work principle and characteristics,RFID middleware,and anti-collision algorithm.As to the characteristics of information security management of hazardous waste and the security solutions in presence of the traditional management mode,I have analysed the demand to the hazardous waste management information system.With the help of the characteristics of wireless radio frequency identification:its anti collision technology,positioning technology and its automatic recognition and environment perception,and the hazardous waste management information system demand analysis,the function model and information model of the hazardous waste management information system have been proposed and constructed,even the hazardous waste management information system has been designed and constructed,moreover,the detailed hardware communication system architecture and software structure of the system have been designed.The RFID technology can be used to automatically monitor,locate and control the special personnel,the vehicle,hazardous waste,hazardous chemicals,hazardous waste warehouse goods and dangerous construction material in the management of hazardous waste management information system so that the management to the hazardous waste information automation,informationization,intelligent,efficient,systematic,standardized,user-friendly management can be realized in order to improve the concentration,efficient,safe disposal of hazardous wastes,and effectively relieve the pressure of artificial management.The analysis of the RFID system to read and write performance influence factors has been made in the theory of RFID technology.Based on RFID system test,the anti-collision performance test has been completed,and the RFID anti-collision system test plan has been set up.Experiments show that the system design is reasonable,the hazardous waste management information system based on RFID technology is feasible and effective.
